Krążek Medium Rarities ukaże sie 11 września. Ostatnim albumem Mastodon było wydawnictwo Emperor of Sand z 2017 roku. W tym samym roku zespół wydał swoją EPkę Cold Dark Place. Przypomnijmy także, że zeszłym roku zespół świętował 10. rocznicę wydania albumu Crack the Skye ukoronowaną trasą koncertową.
